摘  要:[目的]筛选防治玉米瘤黑粉病和丝黑穗病的药剂。[方法]采用种子处理和药剂喷雾,测定6种药剂的防效及对玉米的安全性。[结果]11%精甲·咯·嘧菌FS、4.8%苯醚·咯菌腈FS、3%苯醚甲环唑FS、32.5%苯甲·嘧菌酯FS、24%噻呋酰胺FS、43%戊唑醇FS对玉米安全,种子处理对玉米瘤黑粉病和丝黑穗病的防效分别达75.88%~87.20%、86.44%~92.11%,药剂喷雾对玉米瘤黑粉病的防效达76.52%~89.62%。[结论]6种药剂种子处理的安全浓度为0.10%~0.30%,药剂喷雾最佳质量浓度为1250~2500 mg/L,对2种病害均具有良好防效。[Aims] The study aims to screen out fungicides to prevent maize from common smut and head smut diseases.[Methods] Seed treatment and spray methods were used to test the efficacy of 6 agents and safety to maize.[Results] Metalaxyl-m·fludioxonil·azoxystrobin 11% FS, difenoconazole·fludioxonil 4.8% FS, difenoconazole 3% FS,difenoconazole·azoxystrobin 32.5% FS, thifluzamide 24% FS, tebuconazole 43% FS is safe on maize. The control effect with seed treatment on maize smut and smut was 75.88 to 87.20% and 86.44 to 92.11%, respectively. The agent spraying on maize smut was 76.52 to 89.62%. [Conclusions] The recommended concentration of six kinds of medicaments for seed treatment is 0.10 to 0.30%. The optimum concentration of spray agent is 1250 to 2500 mg/L. It has good control effect on two diseases.
