摘 要:[目的]明确啶酰菌胺和腐霉利复配对草莓灰霉病的防效,开发新的混配药剂。[方法]采用生长速率法研究了啶酰菌胺、腐霉利以及其复配物对草莓灰霉病菌的室内毒力,以Wadley法进行了增效作用评价,并验证了复配物对草莓灰霉病的田间防效。[结果]啶酰菌胺与腐霉利复配对草莓灰霉病菌具有增效作用,其中以1∶2比例复配效果最佳,增效系数最高为10.34;其次为5∶1,增效系数为7.48。啶酰菌胺与腐霉利以1∶2复配对草莓灰霉病的田间防效最佳(86.04%),比单一使用啶酰菌胺和腐霉利的效果好。啶酰菌胺与腐霉利复配物对草莓无药害。[结论]啶酰菌胺和腐霉利以1∶2进行复配对草莓灰霉病具有增效作用,可以在田间推广使用。[Aims] This paper aims to determine the synergistic effects of the mixture of boscalid and procymidone on Botrytis cinerea to develop new types of phytochemical pesticide for control of strawberry grey mould. [Methods] The mycelial growth rate test was conducted to determine the laboratory toxicity efficacy of boscalid, procymidone and their compound on B. cinerea. The synergism effect of the compound system was then evaluated by wadley method. The field experiment of the compound was carried out to verify its control effect on strawberry grey mould. [Results] The compound system of boscalid and procymidone exhibited a significant synergism against B. cinerea. When mass ratio of boscalid to procymidone was 1∶2 and 5∶1, the synergistic coefficients were 10.34 and 7.48, respectively. The 1∶2 mass ratio of boscalid to procymidone possessed the best field control effect of 86.04%, which was more effective than the single agents. The compound system of boscalid and procymidone was safe to strawberry and did not display negative effect on the growth of the strawberry. [Conclusions] The 1∶2 mass ratio of boscalid and procymidone in compound system could be widely promoted for control of grey mould in strawberry field.
