摘 要:为治理乌东矿综掘工作面的H_2S危害,采用理论分析及现场试验相结合的研究手段,对喷雾拦截捕集H_2S原理、喷洒吸收液浓度的计算方法、喷雾拦截捕集H_2S氢装置设计与安装以及吸收液水雾治理H_2S效果的关键影响因素进行了研究,得出喷雾压力8 MPa、流量53 L/min、吸收液质量分数0.8%的H_2S治理工艺参数;使综掘面涌出H_2S体积分数由202.3×10^(-6)降至28.8×10^(-6),H_2S吸收效率达到85.7%,H_2S危害治理效果显著。In order to control the harm of H2S in the fully mechanized digging face in Wudong mine, the mechanism of spray treatment of H2S,the method of calculating the concentration of spray absorbing liquid, the design of spray intercepting and capturing H2S unit Installation and absorption of water mist to control the effect of H2S key factors were studied. The parameters of H2S treatment with spray pressure of 8 MPa, flow rate of 53 L/min and absorbent liquid mass fraction of 0.8% were obtained, and the volume fraction of H2S in the fully excavated surface was reduced from 202.3 ×10^-6 to 28.8 ×10^-6. H2S absorption efficiency reached 85.7%, H2S harm treatment effect is remarkable.
