摘  要:在煤矿生产实际中,绞车制动器由于设计制造的缺陷,油缸向制动方向的相反方向移动,间接增大了盘式制动闸的闸瓦与制动盘的间隙,减小了制动力,存在安全隐患。通过实践分析,找出了问题的原因,提出了一个解决方案,并验证了其可行性。解决了制动力不足的问题,消除了工作中的安全隐患,为生产实际中盘形闸制动力不足提供了一种解决方法。In coal mine production, duing to the defect of design or manufacturing of winch brake,the oil cylinder brake moves in the opposite direction. So the clearance between the brake disc and brake shoe has been increased,the braking force has been reduced. There are safety hazards. Through practical analysis, the reason of the problem was found out,a solution was put forward,and the feasibility was verified. It solves the problem of insufficient power supply,eliminates the security hidden trouble in the work,and provides a solution to the power shortage of disk brake system.
