摘 要:通过分析运行罐道和稳罐装置的几种布置形式及对应的的优缺点,其中运行罐道布置为端罐道的方式经济效益最优,但是存在箕斗对稳罐装置的高速摩擦和冲击问题。通过设置滑动罐耳衬垫和确定合适的拔梢角度解决了上述问题,并提出保持非装、卸载侧运行罐道连续的优化布置方式,确定了红庆河矿井稳罐装置的形式,现场运行良好,取得了很好的经济效益。By analyzing the layout and the corresponding advantages and disadvantages of the running tank and stabilizing device,the way of operation can be arranged as the end tank way,with the best economic benefit,but there is a high-speed friction and impact problem of the skip on the stabilizing device.
