深冷器对乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯装置的影响及改进措施分析

摘  要:本文分析了中海油东方石化苯乙烯装置乙苯脱氢工艺中采用的循环水冷器对装置的影响,证明了采用深冷器不仅可以降低脱氢系统聚合的风险而且对装置具有明显的节能优势,分析了苯乙烯装置循环水冷器存在的冷却能力不足的问题而带来的负面影响,提出了增加深冷器的改进措施,可有效解决循环水冷器冷却能力不足的影响,同时降低能耗约6.51kg Eo/t·SM。This paper analyzes the cnooc Oriental petrochemical styrene ethylbenzene dehydrogenation process of circulation water cooler's influence on the device,proved that the cryogenic apparatus not only can reduce the risk of dehydrogenation polymerization system and the device has the obvious advantage of energy saving,water cooler styrene device cycle is analyzed the problem of insufficient cooling capacity and the negative effects of,puts forward the improved measures for increase the cryogenic,can effectively solve the circulation water cooler cooling capacity is insufficient,at the same time reduce the energy consumption is about 6.51 kg Eo/t. SM.
