摘　　要：海洋油气工程建设项目基本设计和详细设计是工程实施阶段的重要节点,为保证系统及设备的安全可靠,健康环保,除常规HAZOP和SIL分析以外,还需要利用其它的分析技术,包括噪音分析技术,振动分析技术,FEA分析技术和QRA分析技术等完善设计。The basic design and detailed design are the important nodes in the engineering. In order to ensure the system and equipment safe,HSE.In addition to the conventional HAZOP and SIL analysis,should use other analysis techniques,including noise analysis,vibration analysis,FEA analysis and QRA analysis.
