脂肪乳剂对全身麻醉3 h以上患者苏醒的影响观察

摘　　要：目的观察脂肪乳剂对全身麻醉3 h以上患者苏醒的影响。方法将60例全身麻醉3 h以上患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,试验组在全麻苏醒期10 min内静脉注射20%脂肪乳剂2 m L/kg,对照组则同时静脉注射0.9%Na Cl溶液2 m L/kg。观察记录患者自主呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间及Modified Aldrete Score≥9时间;同时观察记录用药后的不良反应。结果 2组自主呼吸恢复时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组睁眼时间、拔管时间及Modified Aldrete Score≥9时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);未观察到用药后的不良反应。结论全身麻醉3 h以上苏醒期静脉注射20%脂肪乳剂2 m L/kg可有效缩短患者苏醒时间,未见明显不良反应。Objective To investigate the effect of lipid emulsion on analepsia in patients with general anesthesia over 3 hours. Methods 60 patients with general anesthesia over 3 hours were randomly divided into 2 groups：Experimental group and the control group（n=30 each）.Experimental group received 20% lipid emulsion 2 ml/kg I.V. within 10 min in the stage of analepsia,while the control group received 0.9% Na Cl solution 2 ml/kg I.V.within 10 min;Recovery time of spontaneous breathing,eye opening time,extubation time and time of Modified Aldrete Score ≥9 were observed and recorded;And the adverse reactions of lipid emulsion also were observed and recorded. Results The difference of recovery time of spontaneous breathing between two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）;Eye opening time,extubation time and time of Modified Aldrete Score ≥9 were statistically significantly shortened in experimental group（P〈0.05）;No adverse reactions of lipid emulsion were observed. Conclusion With 20% lipid emulsion 2 ml/kg I.V.within 10 min in the stage of analepsia,awakening time was shortened in patients with general anesthesia over 3 hours effectively,and no obvious adverse reactions were observed.
