乙肝两对半定量检测在妇幼保健方面的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨两种方法检测乙肝两对半定量在妇幼保健方面的应用效果。方法将2014年3月—2015年9月我院门诊住院9 364份乙肝两对半测定标本纳入本研究,分别进行ELISA定性检测和CLIA定量检测,比较两种方法检测乙肝两对半阳性情况,并计算两种方法检测结果的符合率。结果两种检测方法 HBs Ag、抗-HBs、HBe Ag、抗-HBe、抗-HBc阳性率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种检测方式对乙肝两对半HBe Ag检测结果符合率最高(100.00%),抗-HBs最低(95.78%),但均超过95%。结论 ELISA定性检测和CLIA定量检测各有优势,二者诊断结果符合率高,能够指导乙肝的诊断和治疗,可根据实际情况进行选择。Objective to explore the application of two methods to detect the two-half-Quantitative hepatitis B in maternal and child health care. Methods from March 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital 9364 inpatients with hepatitis B two pairs of semi determination of samples included in the study were ELISA qualitative detection and quantitative detection of CLIA,comparison of two methods for detection of hepatitis B two pairs of semi positive cases,and the calculation results of the two methods of coincidence rate. Results The results of two methods for the detection of HBs Ag,HBe Ag,anti-HBs,anti-HBe,anti-HBc positive rate comparison,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）;the detection results of two HBe Ag on the two kinds of detection methods to detect hepatitis B with the highest rate（100%）,-HBs（95.78%）,the lowest resistance but were more than 95%.Conclusion ELISA qualitative detection and CLIA quantitative detection have their own advantages. The two diagnostic results are high,which can guide the diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B,and can be selected according to the actual situation.
