摘  要:目的探讨人工髋关节置换术后的影像学评价方法。方法将2017年1月—12月我院行人工髋关节置换术的60例患者纳入研究,所有患者术前均行DR髋关节正侧位检查,对髋关节行初步评价,术后均行髋关节正侧位摄片。观察患者手术前、手术后影像学表现:测量人工髋臼外展角、前倾角、旋转轴距、股骨颈与股骨柄假体颈干角等相关数据,观察患者术后功能恢复情况。结果手术后人工髋臼外展角、前倾角、旋转轴距、股骨颈与股骨柄假体颈干角高于手术前(P<0.05)。手术后1周Harris评分为(88.04±4.11)分,高于手术前的(35.97±2.61)分(P<0.05)。结论人工髋关节置换术后的影像学评价能够了解患者手术效果,辅助临床治疗。Objective to explore the imaging evaluation method after hip arthroplasty,to guide the clinical recovery of postoperative function and avoid complications,so as to provide references for operative methods. Methods 60 patients with hip arthroplasty from January 2017 to December 2017 in Ganzhou,Jiangxi province were enrolled in the study. The positive lateral position of DR hip joint was examined in all patients before operation. The initial evaluation of the hip joint was performed,and the hip joint position was also taken after the operation. The imaging findings before and after operation were observed. The data of artificial acetabular abduction angle,anteversion angle,rotating wheelbase,femoral neck and femoral stem and neck stem angle were measured,and the postoperative functional recovery was observed. Results the dry angle of artificial acetabular abduction angle,pretilt angle,rotating wheelbase,femoral neck and femoral stem prosthesis were higher than that before operation(P〈 0.05).The score of Harris(88.04 + 4.11)at 1 weeks after operation was higher than that before operation(35.97 + 2.61)(P〈 0.05).Conclusion the imaging evaluation of artificial hip replacement can understand the effect of artificial hip replacement after operation and assist the clinical treatment.
