摘 要:针对目前永磁铁氧体材料行业中球磨机驱动系统故障率高、传动效率低及耗电严重等现象,开发设计一种球磨机永磁电机直驱系统。经过现场对比实验验证,该系统节电效果显著,并且具有免维护、占地面积小、功率因数高等优点。For the permanent magnetic ferrite materials industry, the ball mill drive system has serious phenomena such as high failure rate, low transmission efficiency and high power consumption. Therefore, it is very important to design a ball mill permanent magnet direct-drive system. By contrast experiment, the system energy features remarkable saving, free maintenance, small occupation area, and high power factor, etc.
