摘  要:针对锅炉在启停时出现的膨胀问题,提出基于塑料光纤的CAN总线锅炉膨胀监控系统,以防止锅炉膨胀导致的安全事故。根据塑料光纤的特点,选择环形冗余结构的组网方式;设计了POF-CAN接口电路,实现CAN信号与光信号的相互转换;采用主站轮询、从站应答的方式,实现CAN总线节点通信,并设置异常反馈功能;实验结果表明,该系统可靠性高、实时性好,可满足实际应用需求。In order to solve the problem of expansion when boiler switches on and off,the CAN bus boiler expansion monitoring system based on plastic optical fiber was proposed to pevent safety accidents caused by boiler expansion. According to the characteristics of plastic optical fiber,the network mode of circular redundant structure was selected.The POF-CAN interface circuit was designed to realize the mutual conversion between CAN signal and optical signal. The communication of CAN bus node can be realized by using the main station polling and the way of answering,and the abnormal feedback function is set up.The experiment results show that the system has high reliability and good real-time performance,which can meet the actual application demand.
