摘　　要：白肋烟是卷烟企业生产混合型卷烟的主要原料,对卷烟的风格质量形成有着非常重要的影响。文章综述了近年来国内外在白肋烟处理技术中的研究进展,通过分析国产白肋烟叶的内外特点,对白肋烟叶处理的工艺理论技术进行了讨论。Burley tobacco is the main raw material for cigarette enterprises to produce mixed cigarettes and has a very important influence on the quality of cigarettes. In this paper, the research progress of burley tobacco treatment technology at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed. By analyzing the quality characteristics of homemade burley tobacco leaves,the theory and technology of burley tobacco treatment process are discussed.
