摘　　要：目的将FMEA结合RCA应用于医院低值耗材的管理中,探讨FMEA结合RCA在低值耗材管理中的应用效果;为医院低值耗材的管理提供借鉴。方法选择2015年3月—2016年2月内分泌科开展耗材管理,观察FMEA结合RCA管理模式对低值耗材管理的影响因素。结果干预后,耗材用后未登记、电脑未录入(医护沟通失效)、操作不熟练、交接班不认真及耗材遗失的发生率均显著低于干预前。结论 FMEA结合RCA管理模式克服了传统耗材管理模式的弊端,对低值耗材信息化管理起到了完善作用,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of FMEA combined with RCA in managing the low value consumables of hospital in order to reduce the effect of FMEA combing RCA on low-value medical supplies. MethodsThe consumables management in Department of Endocrinology from March 2015 to February 2016 were carried out, and observed the influence factors of low value consumables management through FMEA combined with RCA management mode. Results The non-registered consumables after use, computer not logged in, unskilled operation, not serious in succession and material loss after intervention were significantly better than before intervention. Conclusion The FMEA combining RCA plays a beneficial role for improving the information management of low-value medical supplies and is worth promoting.
