摘 要:目的分析优化病案信息管理促进病案开发利用的办法。方法于2016年3月—2018年3月在我院档案管理室为例。统计并对比不同时间段病案信息的利用率以及科室人员对病案管理工作的满意度。结果两个阶段的病案利用率、满意度数据差异明显,差异达到统计学标准(P<0.05)。结论按照临床病案使用情况采取针对性的信息化管理方式,强化信息交流途径与效果,能够显著改善病案使用价值,提升临床病案信息服务质量与水平,促使临床医护工作得到明显改进,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze and optimize the management of medical record information and promote the development and utilization of medical records. Methods From March 2016 to March 2018 in our archives management room as an example. The utilization rate of medical records in different time periods and the satisfaction of medical staff in medical record management were compared. Results There were significant differences in the utilization rate and satisfaction data of the two stages, and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion According to the use of clinical case, it can improve the use value of medical records, improve the quality and level of clinical case information service, improve the clinical medical record information service and improve the clinical medical record. It is worth promoting in bed.
