高压电位疗法治疗颈肩背腰腿疼痛的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的对高压电位疗法治疗颈肩腰腿疼痛的临床疗效进行进一步分析与研究。方法选择我院在2014年1月—2015年12月收治的100例患者为主要研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例患者,对照组采用传统的针灸方法进行治疗,观察组采用上海科盾医疗器械科技有限公司生产的高压电位治疗仪进行治疗,治疗后,将治疗结果进行统计学分析。结果两组患者治疗前VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后VAS评分明显低于对照组治疗后,且比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为92.0%,对照组总有效率为70.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上采用高压电位疗法治疗颈肩腰腿痛取得了显著的临床治疗效果,可以有效缓解或减轻疼痛,提高了患者的生活质量,得到了患者很大程度的认同,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of high potential therapy on neck shoulder, waist and leg pain. Methods 100 patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the main subjects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture and moxibustion method Treatment, the observation group using Shanghai kedun high-potential treatment for treatment, after 3 weeks of treatment, the treatment results for statistical analysis. Results There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment（P 〉 0.05）. The VAS score of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate was 92.0% in the observation group and 70.0% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinically, high potential therapy has been used to treat neck shoulder, lumbago and leg pain., can effectively relieve or reduce the pain, improve the quality of life of patients, patients have a large degree of recognition, and it is worth to promote application.
