阿维A胶囊联合窄谱UVB照射治疗寻常型银屑病临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察口服阿维A胶囊联合窄谱UVB照射治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法 2015年6月—2017年4月本院门诊与住院100例寻常型银屑病患者,分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组口服阿维A胶囊联合窄谱UVB照射,对照组仅口服阿维A胶囊。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组(88.0%vs.72.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后3个月内复发率比较差异不显著(P>0.05),观察组治疗后6个月及治疗后12个月复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论窄谱UVB照射联合口服阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病疗效确切,可减少复发,值得推广采用。Objective To explore the effects of acitretin capsules and NB-UVB for acute psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 100 acute psoriasis vulgaris patients from June 2015 to April 2017 were selected and divided into observation group（n =50） and control group（n =50）. Observation group was taken acitretin capsules orally and NB-UVB and the control group was taken acitretin capsules orally. ResultsIn observation group, the effective rate was superior to control group（88.0% vs. 72.0%, P 〈0.05）. The occurrence rate 3 months after treatment had no significant difference between two groups（P 〉 0.05）. The occurrence rate 6 and 12 months after treatment in observation group was lower than control group（P 〈 0. 0 5）.Conclusion Acitretin capsules and NB-UVB have exact effect and less recurrence rate for acute psoriasis vulgaris.
