摘 要:目的探讨缺血皮瓣应用低剂量X射线照射的效果及对大鼠皮瓣成活效果的影响分析。方法选取体重相近的SD大鼠40只按随机数字法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组20只。两组大鼠均于背部逆行切取一蒂部靠尾侧任意缺血皮瓣。实验组术后立即给予总量为1Gy的低剂量X射线皮瓣局部照射,对照组不给予照射。比较两组大鼠皮瓣的成活率、血管密度以及血管的直径。结果在术后14 d应用低剂量X射线照射的实验组大鼠皮瓣内的新生血管数量要明显增多,而对照组可见新生血管数量较少,且管腔细小不规则,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组的大鼠皮瓣成活率要高于对照组的成活率(P<0.05)。结论缺血皮瓣采用低剂量的X射线照射会改善其缺血症状,促进大鼠的皮瓣成活,其在临床上的应用和推广需进一步研究和探讨。Objective To explore the effect of low-dose X-ray irradiation on ischemic flap and its effect on the survival effect of rat flap. Methods 40 SD rats with close weight were include in the study, they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 20 rats in each group. The two groups of rats were retrograde on the back, and a pedicle flap with any ischemic flap on the tail side was selected. The experimental group was given low-dose X-ray irradiation of 1 Gy right after operation, while the control group did not receive irradiation. The survival rate, vascular density and diameter of the two groups were compared. Results On the fourteenth days of the operation, the number of new blood vessels in the experimental group was significantly increased in the experimental group, but the number of new blood vessels in the control group was less, and the lumen was small and irregular. The two groups were statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). The survival rate of the rat skin flap in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The low-dose X-ray irradiation on ischemic flap can improve the symptoms of ischemia and promote the survival of the flap in rats. The clinical application and promotion of the flap need to be further studied and discussed.
