摘　　要：本文以某高校已建和在建工程项目为例,对建设项目施工阶段材料认质认价原则进行了阐述,主要从四个方面进行分析:材料价格调整的原因、材料价格调整的原则、材料认质认价程序、施工阶段材料认质认价案例分析。Taking the construction and construction projects of a university as an example, this paper expounds the principle of material recognition price in the construction stage of it ＇ s project, which mainly analysyses from four aspects ： the reasons for the adjustment of material price, the principle of material price adjustment, the process of material and price recognition, and the case analysis of the material recognition price of the construction stage.
