摘　　要：核反应堆控制棒驱动机构耐压壳螺杆密封垫的压盖螺母由于各种原因发生咬死故障,导致在大修时无法正常拆卸。以前采用简易手动工具破拆,不仅对技能要求高,人员受照剂量大,而且容易损伤螺杆螺纹扩大故障。因耐压壳部件属于一回路压力边界,和核安全密切相关。为实现快速可靠的修复目的,故研制了压盖螺母专用拆除工具。the gland nut of the pressure shell of the reactor control rod drive mechanism has been broken down due to various reasons, resulting in the failure to disassemble nomnally during overhaul. In the past, simple manual tools were used to break down, not only for high skill requirements, but also for high dose of personnel, and easy to damage the screw thread expansion failure. It is closely related to nuclear safety because the pressure shell parts belong to the primary pressure boundary. For the prpose of fast and reliable repair, the special removal tool for gland nut is developed
