摘　　要：涵洞病害的出现会使得涵洞功能受损,对路基以及公路的整体使用都有很大的安全隐患。因此,在进行涵洞施工之前,便需要对施工地区的实际情况进行仔细的勘察,或者最为真实的第一手数据资料。设计者要根据实际地质情况进行有针对性的设计。在施工过程中,施工方应当根据实际情况,采用最为合适的方式进行处理。当遇到特殊地质情况,需要更改设计时,必须要及时的联系相关方进行处理。施工过程中应当做好质量监控工作,对每一个工序的质量都应做到严格的监察,以防止涵洞完工,投入使用后出现严重的质量问题,导致公路运行安全受到威胁。The emergence of culvert culprits will result in impaired culvert function, and there are great potential safety- hazards for the roadbed and the overall use of the highway-. Therefore, before conducting culvert construction, it is neeessary to conduct a careful smwey of the actual conditions of the construction area, or the most realistic first- hand data. The designer nmst design according to the actual geological conditions. During the construction process, the construction party should use the most appropriate method to deal with it according to the actual situation. When special geological conditions are encountered and design changes are required, relevant parties must be promptly contacted for processing. During the construction process, quality- monitoring should be done. The quality- of each process should be strictly monitored to prevent culverts from being completed and serious quality- problems occur after being put into use, resulting in threats to the safety- of road operations.
