小区开放对老旧街区周边路网的交通影响研究

摘　　要：从开放小区的角度探讨了南京某老旧街区路网优化的方案,基于负荷度分析方法,依托MATLAB,VISSIM软件建立了道路车辆通行分析模型和小区开放影响度综合评价模型,定量对比该地区不同类型小区开放后对周边路网的交通影响程度,分析得出:小区内部结构和周边道路类型对小区开放的效果有明显影响,开放小区在小区内部结构的选择上组团优于紧凑,有序优于无序。From the point of view,explores the optimal scheme for the old blocks in Nanjing city. Based on the method of load degree analysis and the MATLAB,VISSIM software,a road vehicle traffic analysis model and a comprehensive evaluation model of community openness influence are established to quantitatively compare the different regions after the opening of the district,the impact on the traffic of the surrounding road network is analyzed. It is concluded that the internal structure of the district and the type of the surrounding roads have a significant effect on the opening of the district.
