心内科医护一体化工作模式的构建与效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨医院心内科构建医护一体化工作模式的效果。方法建议心内科医护一体化模式,采取医护共同分组,改变原有的APN排班模式,医护共同查房和学习,定期总结评价。比较2016年第4季度(2016年10月—12月)和2017年第4季度(2017年10月—12月)科室54名护士对患者病情掌握程度以及专科知识掌握程度考核成绩。选取2016年第4季度和2017年第4季度患者各60例,评价患者对医护工作的满意度。结果 2016年第4季度护士考核得分为(75.94±7.25)分,2017年第4季度考核得分(87.78±8.86)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.37,P<0.01)。2017年第4季度患者满意度95.00%(57/60),高于2016年第4季度的70.00%(42/60),差异有统计学意义(t=12.99,P<0.01)。结论临床构建医护一体化工作模式能提高护士知识和技能,对提高专科护理质量具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the effect of docto r-nurse integration mode in the department of cardiology. Methods To establish the docto r-nurse integration mode in the department of cardiology. Docto rs and nurses were grouped on the basis of previous APN scheduling. Training and assessment were carried out regularly. The disease-related knowledge level of 54 nurses was assessed at the end of fourth quarter of 2017,and was compared with that of 54 nurses at the end of fourth quarter of 2016. The satisfactory degree of 120 patients（ n = 60 in fourth quarter of2017,n = 60 in fourth quarter of 2016） was evaluated. Results The knowledge assessment score was（87. 78 ± 8. 86） of fourth quarter of 2017,which was higher than（75. 94 ± 7. 25） of fourth quarter of 2016（t = 7. 37,P〈0. 01）. The satisfactory rate of the fourth quarter of 2017 was higher than that of fourth quarter of 2016（ 95. 00% vs. 70. 00%,t = 12. 99,P〈0. 01,P〈0. 01）.Conclusion The establishment of docto r-nurse integration mode can enhance the specialist knowledge level of nurses,and improve the nursing quality in the department of cardiology.
