摘　　要：近年来,肠内免疫营养越来越受到重视,已成为肿瘤营养治疗的发展方向。免疫营养不仅能提高肿瘤治疗的效果,还能改善患者营养状况,提高机体免疫功能,减少并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,并可能减少住院费用。本研究探讨免疫肠内营养基质精氨酸、谷氨酰胺、多不饱和脂肪酸的作用机制,及早期肠内免疫营养在喉癌患者中的支持研究和临床应用评价效果。In recent years,increasing attention has been paid to the enteral immunonutrition as anutritional therapy for cancer patients. The enteral immunonutrition is potentially effective to ensure the treatment efficacy,improve the nutritional status and immunologic functionof patients and reduce the risk of complications. This paper briefly discussed the mechanismof nutrition mediumincluding arginine,glutamine and polyunsaturated fatty acids. This paper alsoreviewed the clinical application of early enteral immunonutrition support for patients withlaryngocarcinoma.
