摘  要:以郑单958玉米品种为试验材料,采用200mg/L、400mg/L两种配比的乙烯利在玉米第7展叶时进行喷施,结果表明:郑单958玉米经过200mg/L和400mg/L浓度的乙烯利处理,抗倒伏指数均有所提高,但产量有所下降,400mg/L抗倒伏能力效果较好,产量下降的少。另进行茎秆木质素含量及相关合成酶活性与抗倒伏指数的相关分析,得出乙烯利调控引起玉米茎秆木质素合成相关酶活性的变化是引起玉米茎秆抗倒伏能力差异的重要原因。To a single zheng 958 maize varieties as experimental material,using 200 mg/L, 400 mg/L ratio of two kinds of ethephon on corn 7 exhibition for spraying on the leaf,the results show that the single zheng 958 corn after 200 mg/L and the concentration of 400 mg/L ethephon treatment,lodging resistance index increased,but the yield decreased, 400 mg/L lodging resistance effect is good,the decline in output.Other stem lignin content and related synthase and lodging resistance index of correlation analysis,concluded that ethephon regulation cause corn stalks lignin synthesis related enzyme activity in maize stem lodging resistance difference is caused by changes in one of the important reasons.
