摘  要:用双氧水氧化氧化萃取乙二醛溶液合成乙醛酸优化的合成条件为:在N2保护下,选用三辛胺为萃取剂,正辛醇为稀释剂,三辛胺与正辛醇的体积比为1∶1.5,在3~8℃下反应3h,乙二醛转换率为87.05%,乙醛酸选择性为71.21%。The optimum conditions of synthesis of glyoxylic acid by extraction oxidation of gyloxal with H2O2 were as follows:Under N2 protection,trioctylamine was used as the extractant,n-octanol was used as the diluent, the volume ratio of trioctylamine to n-octanol was 1∶1. 5,and the reaction was carried out at 3 8℃ for 3 hours. The glyoxal conversion rate was87. 05%,the selectivity of glyoxylic acid was 71. 21%.
