摘　　要：采用聚氯乙烯树脂和氯化聚乙烯、纳米碳酸钙等改性剂共混改性,通过配方的调整及工艺的改进进行开发,研制出超韧PVC混配料。利用超韧PVC混配料制备出高抗冲PVC管,不仅提高了管材的韧度和抗开裂抗冲击性能,还提高了环刚度和耐热性能。PVC,CPE,nano-CaCO3 and other modifiers was used to prepare the super toughened PVC mixed ingredients through the adjustment of the formula and the improvement of the technology. The high impact PVC pipe was prepared by using super toughness PVC mixture,which not only improved the toughness and cracking resistance,but also improved the ring stiffness and heat resistance.
