摘 要:通过荧光法测定石榴中维生素C的含量。石榴中维生素C经草酸提取Cu2+氧化后,与邻苯二胺反应,在激发波长为355nm,发射波长为426nm测定其荧光强度。结果维生素C在0.002~4μg/m L浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检测限较低,相关系数为R2=0.9901。利用本法进行回收实验,结果良好,具有简便,快速,灵敏度高,结果准确等优点。并用该方法对石榴阴面阳面及甜酸石榴中维生素C含量的差异化进行了研究。The content of vitamin C in pomegranate was determined by fluorescence method. In the pomegranate,vitamin C was oxidized by oxalic acid and then reacted with o-phenylenediamine. The fluorescence intensity was measured at an excitation wavelength of 355 nm and an emission wavelength of 426 nm. The vitamin C showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0. 002-4 μg/m L. The detection limit was low and the correlation coefficient was R2= 0. 9901. Using this method for recovery experiments,the results were good,with advantages such as simplicity,rapidity,high sensitivity and accurate results. This method was used to study the difference of vitamin C content in the positive side of pomegranate and the sweet and sour pomegranate.
