摘 要:通过采用微波萃取、索式、超声提取等几种方式对邢台地区的金银花中挥发油成分进行了提取,水蒸气蒸馏法对提取物进行了纯化,成功了分离鉴别了金银花挥发油成分。几种提取方式中,分别有28、24、26种被检出。微波萃取-水蒸气蒸馏法对金银花中挥发油的提取效果最佳。结果表明,邢台地区金银花中挥发油的成分主要为烷烃类、酯类、烯烃类、醇类、醛类、酮类等。酯类、烷烃类含量较高,烯烃类、醇类次之,醛类、酮类较少。The volatile oil components of flos lonicerae in Xingtai area were detected by GC-MS,which were extracted by different mixed extraction methods such as microwave extraction,soxhlet extraction,ultrasonic extraction combined with steam distillation,sucessfully. The above a series of experimental data obtained were matched with the database of the system. The results showed that the single extraction method was not ideal for the extra ction of volatile oil from Lonicera japonica thunb. During several combined extraction method,the number of compounds was 28,24 and 26,respectively. So,the best way to extract the volatile oil of Flos Lonicerae was microwave extraction combined with steam distillation. The GC-MS spectrum results showed that the components of volatile oil in Flos Lonicerae from Xingtai were mainly alkanes,esters,alkenes,alcohols,aldehydes,ketones and so on. Among them,esters and alkanes were the highest,followed by alkenes,alcohols,aldehydes and ketones.
