摘　　要：螺旋霉素萃取废水经过酸化混凝处理后作为预处理顶洗水使用不仅可减少废水排放又可回收部分效价。萃取废水经过酸化混凝处理后比较澄清,滤速较高,通过小试及生产验证发现同体积发酵液萃取废水洗水相比清水洗水产量总收率提高8%左右。产品质量符合质量标准[1],可应用于工厂生产。每天生产污水减少50%的排放量,排放污水COD减少30%。Spiramycin extraction wastewater after acidification coagulation treatment used as pretreated top washing water,It is not only reduces wastewater discharge but also recyclable partial titers. Comparative clarification of wastewater after acidification and coagulation treatment,have higher filtration speed. Through test and production verification found compared with fermented liquid extraction wastewater volume wash water wash water yield increase by about 8% overall yield. The quality of the product meets the quality standard[1],It can be used in factory production. Daily production of sewage reduces emissions by 50% and COD of sewage is reduced by 30%.
