摘 要:以四氟硼酸银(Ag BF_4)为催化剂,芳香丙炔醛、醇为原料合成一系列新型芳香丙炔缩醛类化合物.目标物的结构均通过熔点仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(~1H NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(^(13)C NMR)和质谱(MS)等手段进行分析和结构表征.在此基础上探讨了合成该类化合物的最佳催化剂及用量、最佳反应温度和时间,同时在最优化的条件下拓展了反应的底物,结果证实含有供电子或吸电子的底物都能兼容该反应体系.此外,提出了可能的反应机理.Acetals are important intermediates in synthetic chemistry. A series of novel alkynyl-containing acetals were synthesized from aromatic alkynyl aldehydes with Ag BF4 as catalyst. All the generated products have been identified and characterized by means of melting point,IR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR,and MS analyses. The reaction conditions including suitable catalyst,temperature and reaction time were examined. A variety of substrates were tested under the optimized conditions. The results showed that substrates with electron-donating groups or electron-withdrawing groups are compatible in the standard conditions. The possible reaction mechanisms were proposed.
