摘 要:目的分析将数字化曲面体层及螺旋CT方法分别用于测量牙根间齿槽骨相关宽度的差异性。方法2014年1月至2017年1月6例受检者用作研究目标资料,统计并比较和齿槽嵴顶相距依次为2.5 mm、5.0 mm、7.5 mm、10.0 mm高度的部位,螺旋CT测量与数字化曲面体层测量校正数据。结果和齿槽嵴顶相距2.5 mm高度的部位,螺旋CT测量与数字化曲面体层测量校正得到的上颌第一磨牙和第二磨牙(U6-7)、下颌第二前磨牙和第一磨牙(L5-6)、下颌第一磨牙和第二磨牙(L6-7)的牙根间的数据值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);和齿槽嵴顶相距5.0 mm高度的部位,螺旋CT测量与数字化曲面体层测量校正得到的上颌第一磨牙和第二磨牙(U6-7)、下颌第二前磨牙和第一磨牙(L5-6)、下颌第一磨牙和第二磨牙(L6-7)的牙根间数值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);和齿槽嵴顶相距7.5 mm高度的部位,螺旋CT测量与数字化曲面体层测量校正得到的上颌第二前磨牙和第一磨牙(U5-6)、上颌第一磨牙和第二磨牙(U6-7)、下颌第二前磨牙和第一磨牙(L5-6)、下颌第一磨牙和第二磨牙(L6-7)的牙根间数值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);和齿槽嵴顶相距10.0 mm高度的部位,螺旋CT测量与数字化曲面体层测量校正得到的上颌第二前磨牙和第一磨牙(U5-6)、下颌第二前磨牙和第一磨牙(L5-6)的牙根间的数据值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论数字化曲面体层及螺旋CT方法用于测量牙根间的齿槽骨相关宽度时,对于第二前磨牙和第一磨牙、第一磨牙和第二磨牙的牙根间数据的存在一致性,但在尖牙和第一前磨牙、第一前磨牙和第二前磨牙的牙根间存在一定差异性,需要合理选取测定方法予以准确测量。Objective To analyze the differences of interfurca alveolar bone width detected by digital camber layer and spiral CT. Methods The clinical data about 6 subjects who received the detection in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were analyzed,with the interval distance of dental alveolus top being 2. 5 mm,5. 0 mm,7. 5 mm and 10. 0 mm,which was measured by digital camber layer and spiral CT,respectively. Results There were no significant differences in the data values at 2. 5 mm interval distance of dental alveolus top in maxillary first molar and second molar( U6-7),mandibular second premolar and the first molar( L5-6),mandibular first premolar and the second molar( L6-7) between digital camber layer and spiral CT( P〈0. 05). There were no significant differences in the data values at 5. 0 mm interval distance of dental alveolus top in U6-7,L5-6,L6-7 between digital camber layer and spiral CT( P〈0. 05). Moreover there were no significant differences in the data values at 7. 5 mm interval distance of dental alveolus top in U5-6,U6-7,L5-6,L6-7 between digital camber layer and spiral CT( P〈0. 05). In addition there were no significant differences in the data values at 10. 0 mm interval distance of dental alveolus top in U5-6,L5-6 between digital camber layer and spiral CT( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Digital camber layer and spiral CT play the same role in measuring the interfurca alveolar bone width between mandibular second premolar and the first molar,as well as between first molar and second molar. But there are some difference in measuring the interfurca alveolar bone width between canine teeth and the first premolar and between the first premolar and the second premolar,therfor,it is necessary to select a reasonable measuring method.
