摘　　要：心律失常是心源性猝死的主要原因,建立心律失常预警体系,对高危患者有针对性地预警,对于降低病死率有极大意义。本文综述了目前心律失常预警体系四种主要形式的研究进展,即心电图、高危因素、评分、机器预测,对目前预警体系存在的问题加以分析,并预测未来发展方向。Arrhythmia is the main cause of sudden cardiac death. Establishan arrhythmia warning system for high-risk patients targeted for early warning,is of great significance to reducing the mortality. This paper summarizes the four main forms of arrhythmia,early warning system that ECG,high risk factors score,and research progress of machine prediction. The analysis of the current existing problems of early warning system,predict the future direction of development.
