摘　　要：目的:探讨基于网络平台的延续护理对肺癌病人心理状况、自我效能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取120例行肺癌根治术病人,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组出院时行常规健康宣教,观察组在对照组基础上于出院时实施基于网络平台的延续性护理,比较2组病人干预前及干预后3个月心理状况、自我效能及生活质量的变化。结果:干预前,2组病人心理状况、自我效能及生活质量评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分及汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);自我效能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01);生活质量方面,观察组生理功能、情感功能、角色功能、认知功能、社会功能及总健康状况评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于网络平台的延续护理能有效减轻肺癌病人出院后焦虑、抑郁的心理状况,可提高肺癌病人自我效能及生活质量。Objective： To explore the effects of continual nursing based on network platform on the psychological status,self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with lung cancer. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients treated with radical mastectomy were divided into the observation group（ n = 60） and control group（ n = 60） according to the random number table. The control group were taught using conventional heath knowledge,and the observation group were additionally treated with continuous nursing based on the network platform at discharge. The psychological status,self-efficacy and quality of life in two groups between before and after 3 months of intervention were compared. Results： Before intervention,the differences of psychological status,self-efficacy and quality of life between two groups were not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. After intervention,the scores of hamilton depression rating scale and hamilton anxiety scale in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）. the score of self-efficacy in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 01）,and the scores of physiological function,emotional function,role function,cognitive function,social function and total health status in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： The continual nursing based on network platform can effectively relieve the mental state of anxiety and depression,and improve the self-efficacy and quality of life of lung cancer patients after discharge.
