摘  要:本文利用模糊层次分析法构建了区域发展与环境压力的评价模型,并利用多期遥感影像,结合社会经济统计数据,对新疆某铜镍矿区开展了动态评价工作。文中选用了区域发展、环境压力两个主要评价因子,结合子因子的评价标准,采用隶属函数确定各个子因子的评级标准。评价结果表明:1)该矿山的评价得分不断降低,矿山开发的破坏作用对评价结果仍占主导地位;2)该矿山开发的经济效益与区域发展、环境压力密切相关,当矿山效益增长会促进区域发展;矿业市场不景气时,公司无暇顾及区域发展,会进一步对环境施压,谋取利益。This paper uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation model of regional development and environmental pressure and multiphase remote sensing image, combined with social and economic statistical data, a copper and nickel mines in Xinjiang was carried out by dynamic evaluation. In this paper, regional development and environmental pressure are selected as the two main evaluation factors, and the evaluation criteria of sub-factors are used to determine the rating criteria of each sub-factor. The evaluation results show that: 1) the evaluation score of the mine is decreasing continuously, and the damage effect of mine development still dominates the evaluation result. 2) the economic benefts of the mine development are closely related to regional development and environmental pressure, and the growth of mining benefts will promote regional development; When the mining market is depressed, the company has no time to take into account the development of the region, which will further pressure the environment and seek profts.
