摘  要:综述了近年来国内外炼厂酸性气处理技术现状,总结了酸性气处理过程中催化剂回收、尾气处理、酸性气的分离等方面的研究进展。介绍了扬子石化硫磺回收的工艺流程,装置由双系列Claus制硫单元、液硫脱气单元、单系列尾气处理单元RAR和尾气焚烧单元4部分组成。分析了当前装置酸性气处理工艺技术存在的问题。针对硫回收装置负荷过高的问题,提出采用Ti O2系催化剂、高活性纳米铁催化剂等,提高反应转化率和装置的处理能力。提出采用富氧工艺对装置进行改造,以提高酸性气的处理能力。针对烟气SO2浓度超标问题,提出采用复合胺水溶液吸收剂及增加选择性氧化单元。建议采用化学吸收或膜分离技术对煤制气装置的酸性气先进行分离与富集,再送入硫磺回收装置进一步处理。The status of refinery acid gas treatment technologies at home and abroad is reviewed,and the research progress of catalyst recycle,tail gas treatment and acid gas separation involved in acid gas treatment is summarized. The technical process of sulfur recovery unit in Yangtze Petrochemical Corporation is presented,and the unit consists of 4 parts,that is double series Claus sulfur production,liquid sulfur degasification,single series tail gas treatment and tail gas incineration. The problems existed in the acid gas treatment at present are analyzed. Aiming at the problem of overhigh load of sulfur recovery unit,Ti O2 catalyst and high-activity nano-iron catalyst are proposed to adopt to enhance the reaction conversion rate and unit processing capacity. In order to increase the acid treatment capacity,the oxygen enrichment technology is suggested to utilize in the transformation of the unit. Aiming at the problem of SO2 concentration in fuel gas out of limit,complex amines aqueous solution is proposed to use as absorbent and selective oxidation unit is proposed to add.The acid gas from coal gasification unit is recommended to be separated and concentrated by chemical absorption and membrane separation technology,and then further treated in sulfur recovery unit.
