摘  要:文中主要介绍了多种管道内检测技术。对于可清管管道,智能清管器是管道内检测的最佳工具,包括几何变形检测系统、漏磁检测系统、常规超声检测系统、电磁超声检测系统、涡流检测系统、多功能检测系统、特定功能检测系统等;对于不可清管的管道,灵敏球技术将会提供很好的补充。文中通过对各种技术及方法的比较,突出了各系统的特点,并介绍了管道内检测技术的发展方向。The paper mainly described a variety of pipeline detection technology. For pigtailed pipes,smart pigs are the best tool for in-pipe inspection,including geometric deformation detection systems,magnetic flux leakage testing systems,conventional ultrasonic testing systems,electromagnetic ultrasonic testing systems,eddy current testing systems,multi-purpose inspection systems,specific function test system and so on. The sensitive ball technology can provide a good supplement for pipes that cannot be pipetted. Through the comparison of different methods and technologies,this paper highlighted the characteristics of each system,and development direction of the in-pipe inspection technology was introduced.
