摘 要:文中从防腐钢管的结构入手,介绍了防腐层厚度均匀性的重要性和控制目的,从钢管形状、防腐工艺、作业线精度、压辊因素和水冷却效果等方面分析了影响防腐层厚度均匀性的具体原因,提出提高钢管形状精度、提高传动线精密程度、保持压辊气压稳定和加强水冷却效果等解决方法,提高了防腐层厚度均匀性。This paper started from the anticorrosion pipe structure,expounded the importance and control objective of anticorrosion layer thickness uniformity,from the analysis of steel pipe shape,anticorrosion technology,operating line accuracy,compression roller,water cooling,etc,the specific reasons that affect the anticorrosion layer thickness uniformity were analyzed,the solutions to improve the steel shape precision,improve the transmission line precision,maintain pressure roll pressure stabilizing and strengthen the cooling effect of water were proposed,improving the thickness uniformity of the anticorrosion layer.
