摘 要:目的:建立蒙药肋柱花的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对肋柱花中獐牙菜苦苷和木犀草素进行定性鉴别;HPLC法对肋柱花中獐牙菜苦苷进行定量分析。结果:在3种不同展开系统中肋柱花中獐芽菜苦苷和木犀草素均能检出清晰的薄层斑点;獐芽菜苦苷的平均回收率为99.50%,RSD=0.92%(n=6)。结论:本研究方法操作简便、可行可靠,重现性好,专属性强,用于肋柱花的质量控制。Objective: To establish the quality standard for Mongolian medicine Lomatogonium rotatum. Method:Swertamarin and Luteolin were qualitative identified by TLC; The Swertimarin content was determined by HPLC.Results: Swertamarin and Luteolin in the Lomatogonium rotatum were able to detect clear thin spots in 3 different deployment systems. The average recovery rate of Swertimarin was 99. 50%,RSD = 0. 92%( n = 6). Conclusions: The research method is easy to operate,feasible and reliable,good reproducibility and highly specific. Established standard can be used for the quality control of Mongolian medicine Lomatogonium rotatum.
