摘  要:强度是枪炮身管的核心指标。为更好地理解不同类型身管强度机理,借助数值仿真方法,基于第二强度理论对单筒、筒紧、衬管和自紧四种类型身管的应力分布和强度机理进行了比较。研究表明,结构和材料参数相同情况下,衬管、单筒、筒紧、自紧身管强度依次提高;当内外管之间相对紧缩量从负值到零到正值变化时,身管类型从衬管变为单筒再变为筒紧;自紧身管类似于多层筒紧身管。研究为枪炮身管设计提供了参考。The intensity is the core indicator of gun tube. To deeply understand the intensity rule of different tubes, the stress distribution laws and intensity rules of four gun tubes including liner tube, single tube, built-up tube and selftight tube are compared using numerical simulation method and the second intensity theory. The study indicates: if the structure and material parameters are the same, the tube intensity increases according the order: liner tube, single tube,built-up tube and self-tight tube; when the relative amount of shrinkage between inner tube and outer tube varies from negative number to zero, positive number, the tube type changes from liner tube to single tube, built-up tube; the selftight tube is similar to multiple layers built-up tube. The research provides reference for gun tube design.
