儿童原发性单症状夜间遗尿症发病的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响原发性单症状夜间遗尿症(PMNE)儿童发病相关因素。方法收集2016年1月—2017年10月我院就诊的106例原发性单症状夜间遗尿症儿童(研究组)及106例体检健康儿童(对照组)的临床资料,对两组儿童PMNE发病相关因素进行单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析显示,单亲家庭、家庭氛围不和谐、经常受责骂、便秘、多动倾向、内向及遗尿家族史是PMNE病儿发病的危险因素(χ~2=5.072~23.868,P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,经常受责骂、家庭氛围不和谐、便秘、多动倾向、内向、遗尿家族史是PMNE发病的独立危险因素(OR=2.428~3.635,P<0.05)。结论 PMNE发病相关因素较多,与家庭环境、儿童性格、便秘、遗尿家族史相关,可进行相应的指导及治疗。Objective To investigate the pathogenic factors for primary monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis（PMNE）in children. Methods A total of 106 children with PMNE who visited our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were enrolled as experimental group,and 106 healthy children who underwent physical examination in our hospital were enrolled as control group.Their clinical data were collected,and univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed for pathogenic factors for PMNE. Results The univariate analysis showed that single-parent family,disharmonious family atmosphere,frequent scolding,constipation,hyperactive tendency,introversion,and a family history of enuresis were risk factors for PMNE in children（χ^2=5.072-23.868,P〈0.05）.The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that frequent scolding,disharmonious family atmosphere,constipation,hyperactive tendency,introversion,and a family history of enuresis were independent risk factors for PMNE（OR=2.428-3.635,P〈0.05）. Conclusion PMNE is associated with various pathogenic factors,including family environment,child’s personality,constipation,and a family history of enuresis.Guidance and treatment can be given based on these factors.
