摘 要:为揭示松墨天牛幼虫肠道木质纤维素降解细菌群落的结构和功能,采用羧甲基纤维素钠为唯一碳源,结合刚果红法筛选肠道纤维素降解细菌,共获得154株肠道纤维素降解细菌,分别隶属于变形菌门、厚壁菌门和拟杆菌门细菌的8个菌属、10个菌种.其中噬纤维细菌科细菌Siphonobacter aquaeclarae表现为最优势纤维素降解菌,占肠道纤维素降解细菌群落的31.8%,其次为沙雷氏菌Serratia marcescens,占20.1%,其它依次为芽孢杆菌(Bacillus),克雷伯氏杆菌(Klebsiella),鞘脂菌(Sphingobium),丛毛单孢菌(Comamonas)和黄色单胞菌(Lysobacter).The cellulolytic bacterial community in the intestine of Monochamus alternatus larvae was investigated in the liquid media with the unique carbon sources of sodium carboxymethylcellulose or filter paper. The results showed that a total of 154 cellulolytic bacteria belong to Proteobacteria,Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes were isolated and 10 species in 8 genera were identified. The commonest species was Siphonobacter aquaeclarae which accounted for 31.8% in the cellulolytic bacterial community,followed by Serratia marcescens which accounted for 20.1%. The other species in Bacillus,Klebsiella,Sphingobium,Comamonas and Lysobacter were also found.
