摘  要:通过改变聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)的固化温度和固化剂质量分数制备不同性能的PDMS样品。在MFT-5000摩擦试验机和JC2000CS接触角仪器上,分别研究不同工艺参数下PDMS材料的力学性能与疏水性能,建立软材料的膨胀变形模型评价PDMS的复合弹性模量。结果表明,PDMS复合弹性模量随固化剂质量分数增加经历非线性锯齿型的波动变化,固化温度对其波动幅值有较高的影响,而中等的固化温度能够产生较小幅值的波动;PDMS接触角和固化剂质量分数的变化关系受固化温度影响更为显著,而同一固化剂质量分数下,接触角与固化温度总体上呈正相关。其研究结果将为今后制备不同性能的PDMS材料提供参考。Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) samples of different properties were prepared by controlling the curing agent mass fraction and curing temperature of PDMS preparation techniques.Mechanical and hydrophobic properties of PDMS by different preparation techniques were investigated using the MFT-5000 testing rig and JC2000 CS contact angle apparatus,and the swelling deformation model of soft material was established to evaluate the composite elastic modulus of PDMS.The results show that the composite elastic modulus of PDMS undergoes a non-linear zigzag variation with the increasing curing agent mass percent,and curing temperature playes a relatively high role on its fluctuated amplitude.However,the moderate curing temperature could produce the change of smaller fluctuation amplitude.In the condition of same curing agent mass percent,the contact angle functional as a positively relation with the curing temperature.The research results would provide reference for preparation of the PDMS materials with different properties.
