摘  要:采用原子转移自由基聚合法(ATRP)合成了一类具有温敏性的A_2BA_2型嵌段聚合物,聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)2-端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)-聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)2[(PNIPAM)_2-b-HTPB-b-(PNIPAM)_2]。通过核磁共振仪(~1H NMR)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)和凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)对共聚物进行化学结构表征,确认了合成的目标产物。利用表面张力仪和紫外可见分光光度计对聚合物水溶液的临界胶束浓度(CMC)及低临界溶液温度(LCST)进行了测定,通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)及动态激光光散射技术(DLS)观测了其形态和尺寸。结果表明,合成的嵌段共聚物能够在水溶液中自组装成温敏响应性的纳米尺度胶束,胶束具有低于10 mg/L的CMC、相转变温度33.0~34.5℃、DLS流体力学直径小于150 nm,尺寸分布窄。这些物理化学性质对嵌段共聚物胶束作为药物释放的载体应用是非常有意义的。A thermo-sensitive A2BA2-typeblock copolymer was synthesized by a atom transfer free radical polymerization route(ATRP),which is composed of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) and poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide)(PNI-PAM),named(PNIPAM)2-b-HTPB-b-(PNIPAM)2.The copolymers were characterized and confirmed by -1H NMR,FTIR and GPC measurements.The critical micelle concentration(CMC) and low critical solution temperature(LCST) of the copolymers in aqueous solution was determined by surface tension meter and UV-vis spectrophotometer,and the morphology and size were observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM) and dynamic light scattering(DLS).The experimental results show that the synthesized block copolymers can spontaneously assemble into thermo-responsive nanoscale micelle in aqueous solution,and the micelles have the CMC values less than 10 mg/L,phase transition temperature of 33.0 - 34.5 ℃,and hydrodynamic diameters less than 150 nm by DLS,and narrow size distribution.These physico-chemical properties make sense for the applications of block copolymer micelles as drug controlled release carriers.
