摘  要:针对单级气缸气动发动机能量的利用率不足、气动效率低下、输出的扭矩不稳定等缺陷,文章设计了一种直列式两级四缸气动发动机,运用热力学和动力学原理对两级四缸进行理论分析,并建立气缸工作过程的数学模型。基于直列式两级四缸气动发动机的工作特性,选取了多个控制参数进行了仿真分析,研究各因素对系统气动效率和气动功率的影响,结合单级气缸发动机运动仿真结果进行对比。结果表明:直列式两级四缸气动发动机在0.8MPa的工况下,有压气源气体自由膨胀做功更加充分,具有低转速,高扭矩的特性;两级四缸膨胀做功方式在提高气动发动机的输出扭矩的同时保证了较高的气动效率;第二级缸的程径比对系统气动效率无明显影响。Aiming at the shortcomings such as insufficient utilization of energy of single stage cylinder pneumatic engine,low efficiency and unstable output torque,the structure device of inline four-cylinder pneumatic engine is proposed,and the thermodynamics and dynamic analysis of two-stage four-cylinder are carried out respectively.Mathematical model of cylinder working process.Based on the working characteristics of in-line four-cylinder pneumatic engine,a number of control parameters are selected to simulate and analyze the influence of each factor on the system 's aerodynamic efficiency and aerodynamic power.The simulation results of single-stage cylinder engine are compared with each other.The results show that the in-line two-stage four-cylinder pneumatic engine has the advantages of low speed and high torque in the condition of0.8 MPa.The two-stage four-cylinder expansion work mode is improved in the output of the pneumatic engine Torque while ensuring a higher aerodynamic efficiency;the second stage of the cylinder than the system has no significant impact on the aerodynamic efficiency.
