摘  要:啮合接触冲击对圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的传动性能有着较大的影响。文中分析了圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的加工方法,给出了面向制造的圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮齿面方程,建立了齿轮精确三维数字模型。运用ANSYS/LS DYNA软件分析不同冲击位置(齿顶、分度圆、齿根附近发生啮合接触冲击)和冲击速度对齿轮径向、切向、轴向啮合冲击力的影响规律。结果表明:冲击速度和冲击位置对径向、切向冲击力有较大的影响,但对轴向冲击力基本无影响。研究结果为圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮将来的设计及工程应用提供了理论依据。Meshing impact contact has important effects on the transmission performance of circular arc tooth trace cylindrical gear.In this paper,the manufacture methods of circular arc tooth trace cylindrical gear were analyzed.And the surface equation of circular arc tooth trace cylindrical gear for manufacturing was given out.The accurate three-dimensional digital model was established further.ANSYS/LS DYNA software was to analyze the effects of the different impact location(addendum,pitch circle,tooth root near meshing contact impact) and impact velocity on the gear radial,tangential,and axial impact force.The result shows that:impact speed and impact location has a great influence on the radial and tangential impact force,but almost no influence on the axial impact force.So the further design and industrial applications of circular arc tooth trace cylindrical gear can be accomplished based on the result.
