摘 要:使用成形法加工螺旋转子需要事先计算出成形铣刀的廓形。通过研究螺旋转子与铣刀之间的相对运动,基于螺旋面几何特征提出了螺旋母线的概念,其显著特征为:螺旋母线上距离铣刀旋转轴线之间距离最近的点即为接触点。提出了基于螺旋转子几何特征的接触线数值计算方法,利用二分逼近算法对初步计算的接触点进行迭代,可计算出满足任意精度要求的接触线,进而得到成形铣刀的廓形。为了验证该廓形的正确性,使用数字化运动仿真方法,得到了成形铣刀的运动点集。再使用指定空间内距离最短法,提取出铣刀点集内包络面上的点集。最后通过对比内包络面点集与螺旋转子理论轮廓面,最大误差为0.2526mm,平均误差为0.0478mm,结果表明基于几何特征的接触线数值计算方法和数值化运动仿真方法准确可行。It is necessary to calculate the profile of the forming milling cutter in advance by using the forming method to process the helical rotor.By studying the relative motion between the helical rotor and the milling cutter,the concept of the spiral generatrix is put forward,based on the geometrical features of helical surface.And it's significant characteristics is that the closest point between the rotating axis of the mill on the spiral generatrix is the contact point.A numerical method for calculating the contact line is proposed,which is based on the geometric information of helical rotor.Through the dichotomy approach iteration method,the contact line coordinates satisfying the arbitrary precision can be calculated,then the profile of the formed milling cutter will be obtained.In order to verify the validity of this profile,the movement point set of the formed milling cutter are obtained by means of digital motion simulation.Then,the point set on the inner enveloping surface of the milling point set is extracted by the shortest distance method in the given space.Finally,the maximum error and the average error are obtained by comparing the inner enveloping surface set and the theoretical contour of the helical rotor,which are 0.2526 mm and 0.0478 mm respectively.Accordingly,the numerical method for calculating the contact line and the digital motion simulation method is proved to be accurate and feasible.
