摘 要:立铣刀在五轴刀具磨床加工过程中,容易出现由于进退刀路径设置不合理导致的毛坯与砂轮碰撞或进退刀路径过长。针对该问题,文章通过定义砂轮毛坯干涉检测坐标系,提出了进退刀安全位置、快速逼近位置和进退刀路径的优化计算方法,可以实现进退刀代码的自动添加。该方法适用于各种正交结构的五轴刀具磨床,提高了加工效率和安全性。基于上述方法,在C#平台上开发了一套刀具磨削加工进退刀处理软件,并在VERICUT7.3上进行了加工验证,结果显示了上述方法的可靠性和高效性。In the grinding process of milling cutter with five-axis tool grinder,it is easy to appear collision between blank and grinding wheel or a long feed and cutter back path.To solve this problem,this paper proposed an optimized method to calculate the safe position of feed and cutter back,the rapid approaching position and the tool path,and with it the code of feed and cutter back can be added automatically.This method is applicable to various five-axis tool grinders with orthogonal structure,and it improves the machining efficiency and safety.Based on the method,a set of software for the feed and cutter back processing is developed in C#.The machining simulation is carried out on VERICUT7.3,and the results show the reliability and efficiency of this method.
