协力推进哈长一体化示范区建设构想

摘　　要：通过对建设哈长一体化示范区的必要性和可行性进行深入分析和研究,建议协力推进哈长一体化示范区建设,从十大重点领域出发,探索建立以中部乡镇群为崛起带、六个城关镇为支撑点、各类特色村镇星罗棋布竞相争辉的网络型空间格局。该构想旨在培育内生发展动力,优化发展空间,并将为吉、黑两省全面融入"一带一路"建设提供重要平台。Based on the analysis of necessity and feasibility of constructing Harbin-Changchun integrated demonstration area,the construction should be proceed from ten key areas,and explores the establishment of a network spatial pattern with the central township group as the rising belt,six towns as the supporting point,and staggered competing villages and towns.The consumption aims to cultivate the power of endogenous development,optimizes the development space,and provides an important platform for Jilin and Heilongjiang to fully integrate into ＂The Belt and Road＂ construction.
