摘 要:针对分布式能源接入电网存在短期波动率大的问题,通过搭建含风/光/燃/储4种能源的微网系统,提出了一种包含风力发电系统、光伏、小型燃气轮机、储能系统的经济评估方法。首先,采用年等值分析方法,考虑设备级投资对经济评估影响;其次,采用全寿命周期成本模型,研究分布式电源利用率、储能系统的充放电特性及多能源联合调度特性对经济评估影响;最后,采用改进的全局粒子群算法考虑电网间功率交换特性对整个微网系统进行经济评估。结果表明,考虑多源联合调度特性对微网进行经济评估使得经济效益达到最优,同样证明此方法适合不同类型能源、不同容量能源配置的微网系统经济评估。Short term volatility may occur when distributed energy sources are connected to the grid,this paper proposed an economic evaluation method of wind power generation system,photovoltaic,small gas turbine and energy storage system by establishing a microgrid system which consists of four types of energy sources--wind power,photovoltaic,gas turbine and energy storage. Firstly,the author adopted the annual equivalence analysis method to study the impact of equipment level investment on economic evaluation; Secondly,with the aid of the life cycle cost model,the utilization of distributed power,the charging and discharging characteristics of the energy storage system and the impact of multi-energy joint dispatching characteristics on economic evaluation were studied; Finally,the improved global particle swarm optimization( PSO) was applied to evaluate the whole microgrid system considering the power exchange characteristics between power grids. The results showed that with the consideration of the characteristics of multi-source joint dispatching,the proposed evaluation method of microgrid could contribute to obtain the optimal economic benefits. It is also proved that this method is applicable to the economic evaluation of microgrid systems with different energy sources and different capacity configurations.
